OVERVIEW

There are many reasons why writing skills are important in the business world. Effective channels of communication make a business run smoothly and save time, communication skills, including writing, are one of the most important transferable skills that workers possess. 

Conveying ideas and concepts in business and capturing the readers’ attention is almost as difficult as persuading them to part with their money, therefore skilful writing in business can give you a real advantage when you need to get people to sit up and take notice. Good writing adds to the credibility of the writer and reflects positively on a company's image. 

Learning and honing business writing skills at every level in the company can have a positive impact on an individual’s career advancement.

COURSE OBJECTIVES: 


The aim of this simulated business writing workshop is to familiarise employees, trainees and managers with the computer environment, at the same time equipping them with building basic business writing skills by means of practical exercises. 

This will enable them to meet the expectations required in the business environment.
